Navrattan Venetian Plaster

Navrattan Venetian Plaster is a plaster admixture is a proprietary blend of chemicals and minerals, which improves the performance of Portland Cement-based plaster by making the plaster feel lighter to apply and drag. It ensures consistent performance of plaster by increasing the cohesiveness and pump ability of the plaster. Navrattan Venetian Plaster improves the workability of plaster decreases effort of the mason and increases the bond strength for masonry, brickwork, and sand/cement rendering. Besides, Navrattan Venetian Plaster reduces cracks associated with drying shrinkage by modifying the pore structure of cement plaster.

TECHNICAL DATA

Navrattan Venetian Plaster comes in a white powdery form packed in 500 gm sachets and 25 kg bulk packaging.

The Navrattan Venetian Plaster has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture. The product must be stored in an airtight pack in dry condition while being protected from extreme temperatures.

500 gm of the product is used in every 50 kg of cement.

DIRECTION FOR USE:

• Navrattan Venetian Plaster should be mixed with cement before blending with sand.
• The product should be thoroughly mixed until a uniform consistency is achieved.
• Curing has to be done after 24 hours
• Paintwork can be started after 7 days

Navrattan Venetian Plaster can be used with all types of Portland cement. All work should be carried out to current best practice, industry guidelines and Indian Standards. Dampen the bricks and blocks before use. Good quality of sand should be used for plastering. All the Navrattan products are 100% ‘Green’ in nature and do not pollute the environment in any way.
